Service Technicians
Repair air conditioning, heating systems and water heaters in the Phoenix area. Work with state of the art equipment and receive excellent pay, full benefits and on-going training. Advancement opportunities are available and this is a full time, year round position.
Installation Technicians
Install heating and cooling systems as well as water heaters. Full time, year-round work with excellent pay and benefits.
Quality Assurance Inspectors
Check out new system installations and major repair projects to ensure the work meets the rigid quality control standards established by AC by Jay’s Comfort Team. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required and a professional appearance is a must.
Service Dispatchers
Schedule service with our customers and dispatch technicians to service and installation appointments. Bi-lingual applicants are encouraged in this key customer service position.
Business Development Representatives
