I was immediately impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the sales rep from AC by Jay. Steve knew his products and his prices. When I gave the go-ahead, I was contacted by the installation coordinator, and put on the schedule. The techs showed up on time, were extremely professional, and impressed me with their efforts to minimize their presence and affects of their work on our home. They were very helpful in their explanations of the equipment, and not afraid to answer questions. Nice guys I would invite back to my home. Then the follow up, quality control tech came and looked things over. This sort of professionalism, from start to finish impressed me. I do not impress easily. When I had questions about the rebates, I was given prompt answers and a type of service I have come to think of as "extinct". The office staff(Miranda) could not be more helpful.
