Philip was very helpful and competent! He got my hot water in the kitchen working again after a simple fix and checked out my a/c units. He is very courteous! We have referred two people and will continue to do so!
Should my unit run continuously in the summer/winter?
If you have 2 stage equipment it may run long cycles when it is hot or cold out. If you have single stage equipment, it should cycle off after 30 or 40 minutes and come back on 15 to 20 minutes later.
These guys show up on time and are all well trained and know there stuff. After some other companies sent out guys who didnt understand my unit, i called air conditioning by jay and the same day a technician showed up, fixed the unit and charged a reasonable price. its been fine every since. I would highly recomend them to anyone.
