I appreciated that Steve worked with me on arriving at a cost which acceptable and fair compared to what other companies offered. The 3 technicians who installed the units were very professional and courteous. They gave me confidence that a proper install would be done.
Should my unit run continuously in the summer/winter?
If you have 2 stage equipment it may run long cycles when it is hot or cold out. If you have single stage equipment, it should cycle off after 30 or 40 minutes and come back on 15 to 20 minutes later.
